Suggested Usage

FIBER WITHOUT PSYLLIUM!

I'm not a big fan of psyllium fiber products--produces too much gas, and not impressive at motivating things. This is my second order of this product. Had NO problems with gas right from the beginning, and it keeps things moving along!

This is the most nutritious supplement I've tried. The taste is rather neutral (like oatmeal). With half of the measuring spoon, I have no problem getting it down. Most important, it works.

After literally trying everything, I have found what I’ve been looking for- fiber that is Psyllium Free and all natural!
I will say, you do have to get used to the consistency, but just make sure you use plenty of liquids. I use all natural coconut milk and a splash of water! Perfect!

Knowing how important the diversity of your microbiome is, and the need to have diverse fibers to maintain it, this fiber blend has a variety of fibers I don't usually get in my diet. Mixing this with a good soil based probiotic really does the trick for me for energy, regularity, mood, and so on. I feel much better when I take this regularly and can tell when I don't.
