Good but gritty

I started making these a few days ago. The taste is ok but it's VERY gritty. I have to drink water after every sip of the Proteins & Greens. I've even blended it on high for minutes at a time hoping that would help. It does not. I might start adding in some frozen fruit to see if that helps.

It is very thick but very good. We add to unsweetened almond milk with a banana, peanut butter, metamucil fiber, instant coffee, and ice cubes.

Try It In Your Coffee Cup!

I purchased this product this week at my local Walmart. It was convenient and priced very well. I made the decision to add the greens into my daily protein mix because I don't get enough salad in me to matter. I don't taste the greens at all! I make mine into a "porridge" each morning but simply adding a scoop of this powder to my cup of coffee and Stir...Stir...Stir! Not a bad way to eat right each morning!
