Suggested Usage
Aromatic - Diffuse using 3 to 4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 3 to 5% in a carrier.

Diffuse when sick

I diffuse this for my Dad when he is ill with cough or chest infections. It really helps him. Previous years when he didn't have this he was much worse.
