Riboflavin (vitamin B2) is the central component in two cofactors involved in energy production: Flavin mononucleotide (FMN) and Flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD). As such, it is required for other enzymatic reactions, including vitamin activation. Riboflavin is necessary for red blood cell production and aids energy release.
Suggested Usage
Take 1 tablet daily.

Helped my headaches

I was prescribed riboflavin 400mg about 8 months ago by my neurologist for post concussion headaches. I was taking gabapentin but still had breakthrough headaches. I started taking this product and after about 3 weeks I was headache free! I am now off gabapentin and only occasionally get a headache. I recommend this to anyone who has chronic headache problems!
