Suggested Usage

For aromatherapy use. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive or almond oil prior to use. Please consult an essential oil book or other professional reference source for suggested dilution ratios.

Natural essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care. Always dilute before any use other than aromatherapy.

Warnings

Avoid during pregnancy, and also if breastfeeding.
If diagnosed with epilepsy or high blood pressure small amounts are fine, however it is safest to avoid it.
Sage should also not be used on babies or small children.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Keep out of reach of children.
