- Bromelain (2,400 GDU/g) 200 mg
- Grape (Vitis vinifera) (seed) extract (95% proanthocyanidins) 20 mg
- Betaine (as betaine hydrochloride) 15 mg
Other Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule).

Great alternative product during spring allergy season

Loved this product. The key is taking it before you have an allergy attack. Works well, small capsule size is easier for me to swallow. Works, in my opinion, a bit better than the Ortho Molecular D-Hist, which I used to take. Definitely a must-have in my medicine cabinet.
