A column of stacked blocks is only as stable as its base. With instability, the column weakens. Putting a support band around the blocks that are beginning to fall would not be as effective as supporting the base. Wearing a lumbar belt instead of a sacroiliac belt is often a very similar analogy. Enjoy work and favorite activities, even sleep, while wearing the best support available, the Serola® Sacroiliac Belt.
Suggested Usage
Wear the Serola® Sacroiliac Belt just above the leg bones that protrude from the sides of your hips (trochanters). First close the belt tightly around your hips, then pull the two elastic bands around toward the front. To ensure the best fit, always put the belt on in this manner.
During painful episodes, wear the Serola® Sacroiliac Belt should be worn as much as possible during the day and night. If irritation or rash is encountered while wearing the belt, discontinue use and see a doctor.
For maximum safety, support, and to help avoid pain, the Serola® Sacroiliac Belt should be worn whenever you engage in activities involving bending, lifting or twisting. Because constriction of the abdomen may alter blood flow in susceptible people, it is advisable to check your blood pressure with use of this or any other belt.
Hand wash in cold water.

Was looking at your belt. Very difficult to make a decision due to the lack of information and very poor quality pictures and description. Buyer Beware!

I LOVE THIS BELT
by DLKraj
70yr old FEMALE, have slept only on left side, all my life.
Severe arthritis, 4 bulging lumbar disc, degenerative bone disease in cervical vertebra, severe cervical nerve damage, neuropathy in arms and legs,
BUT nothing is as PAINFUL as left Trochanter Bursitis!!!
I have not had a full night sleep in years, the pain is so intense. I'm unable due to lumbar pain or the right due to a very large scar from sciatic nerve surgery.
I bought this band, I received 08/28/23, I wore it to bed that night.
I slept thru the entire night, WITHOUT any Pain!! I wore it the next night and the same.
I wear it all day, it's very comfortable as I sit at my desk at work 12hrs a day. I have not had this restful sleep in at least a decade that I can recall.
This band is easy to apply and remove, it does not bunch up, it was not the least bit uncomfortable to lay on in the bed.
This band has saved my sanity.

I’m ready for a new one!
by Jess
I’ve been using this belt for two years and it’s made a world of difference for my SI joint pain. I mainly use it when sleeping but also can avoid a flare up if I put it on when I first notice discomfort. It’s an excellent tool to keep handy for pain mitigation. My first one is about two years old and starting to curl a bit around the edges. I’m going to get a new one to replace it and keep the old one in my car as a back up.

Very Helpful (but limits access to pockets)
by ralph l seifer
This belt is more than helpful in correcting my SI problems. However, I now have to order a bag/man purse/saddle bag because the belt makes it impossible to get into my pockets, and I'm not able to access my keys, wallet or phone. I plan to make much more use of it after my bag arrives.

I thought my Chiropractor was joking
by Kim Paingone
I will admit my heart sank when my Chiropractor came to me and asked that I try the Serola belt on and wear it for a half- hour and tell her how my pain was. ( It was at a 6 or 7) I had been in pain for weeks and will admit I wanted the Dr. to crack my back for an instant fix, NOT wear a belt. As I was worrying about things out of my control the Dr comes back in an asks how the pain is and I have to stop and think, because the pain was gone that fast!!
