Suggested Usage
Adults: 1 to 2 capsules twice daily as needed on an empty stomach with at least 8 ounces of water.

Other Ingredients: maltodextrin, hypromellose (capsule), pectin, purified water and medium chain triglycerides.
Contains Milk and Soy.
Contains NO: yeast, egg, gluten, wheat, sugar, starch, salt, preservatives or artificial color, flavor or fragrance. Vegetarian.
Warnings
Do not take if you are pregnant, may become pregnant, or breastfeeding, or if you suffer from any gastrointestinal disorders such as ulcers. Consult your health care professional before taking this product if you are taking any drug that affects blood coagulation such as prescription vitamin K, heparin, warfarin (coumadin(R)), or aspirin. Discontinue use if nausea, diarrhea, or other intestinal discomfort occurs. Keep out of the reach of children.

Amazing pain relief

It is rare that I get actual results that I can measure from a supplement. I started taking this twice a day, on an empty stomach as suggested. Within a few days the SI pain in my back was about 80% gone. My muscles are not as tense either. Menstrual cramps were almost non existent. The overall pain relief that I'm feeling is amazing. I have had no side effects, it's been just over a week now.

I have had chronic shingle pain and fibro . my Dr. also did a lot of blood work and said my blood was too thick, a protein problem it was causing air hunger and sometimes chest pain and chronic muscle pain. He put me on this instead of crab drugs :) It has helped soooo much it is truly a miracle supplement!!!!!
