Suggested Usage

Worth a go if you are skeptical

This is the vitamin my mother swears by and I thought with my most recent purchase ... why not toss it in? Now that I put the pieces together I realize I haven't had breakouts in the past few weeks after starting to take it casually. anything touching my face can cause pimples normally, But I've been in situations where I can't do my normal face cleaning regimen, and yet my face is doing well. I also have very fragile fingernails and they seem to be doing just fine too.
