After thoroughly reviewing this product on many websites and taking an astaxanthin supplement myself I decided to give Sprirugreen to one of my cats. I started mixing it into his canned food and feeding him two per day (he's a large cat). His energy seemed to go up and he eats it just fine. I started small amounts first then increased to his current dosage so he could adjust to the smell and taste. I highly recommend!

I did much research online, looking for a product which would keep my dogs healthy. Knowing a lot about nutrition for myself and others, I did my homework and came up with SpiruGreen Superfood for Pets with Astaxanthin. I have three Chihuahuas. This supplement has done wonders for my cat's coat. He had lost all his hair on his stomach from overlicking himself. Since I gave him Spirugreen, the hair has grown back and become thicker looking and soft as silk. His immune system seems stronger. I crush the tablet and mix it with canned food and he has no problem eating it. I now take Dr Mercola's astaxanthin myself.

The dogs love these as treats and come running when I get the bottle out. I can't exactly say anything about the nutritional benefit yet but the idea of everything Astaxanthin does seems excellent. The price from this company is the best I found and SpiruGreen Superfood for Pets with Astaxanthin was delivered quickly.
