Suggested Usage
Take 1-2 capsules with 12-16 oz. of water daily or as directed by your health practitioner.
If minor bloating or gas occurs, temporarily decrease amount. Evacuation may not occur until 24-72 hours after first dose and a temporary feeling of fullness may result.

Great product. Really Works!

I take 1-2 every day. I feel the difference when I don't take them. Have been taking them for 3 years and there isn't anything over the counter that works as well.

Smooth out the digestion

Took this for a few weeks and noticed a gradual improvement in bowel function - less gas, bloating and faster movements and increased energy. Tried taking more than 1 a day 2 hours after dinner but taking more didn't make a difference. Good solid product with a good ingredient list. Silly name but not a silly ptoduct.
