Suggested Usage
Adults: Take 2 liquid softgels two times per day (morning and afternoon) with meals and a full glass of water. Do not exceed 4 liquid softgels per day. While the daily serving is 4 liquid softgels, it is strongly recommended that you explore whether or not you can achieve results at a lower daily dose. You may benefit from a smaller dose because everyone has different sensitivities to these ingredients. For daily dose, start with 1 liquid softgel and build up to maximum of 4 only if needed.
