Have used this to aid w/ caffeine elimination

As a shift worker I sometimes become too dependent on caffeine. When I decide to eliminate caffeine for an extended period (to improve sleep, etc.) I have used this supplement; taking one capsule in the morning and another in the afternoon. It makes the process easier. Licorice root extract can increase blood pressure* over time similar to caffeine so beware of that if that is an issue.
