Sleep-Relax works great!

I have been using Sleep-Relax for several years now and it is so helpful to me to catch a better night's sleep. Sometimes I will take the product before bedtime and I will sleep most of the night. Other times I take it in the middle of the night if I wake up and have trouble falling back to sleep. The product works quickly and as stated in product description. I highly recommend this product.
