The trace mineral strontium supports healthy osteoblast differentiation, osteoblast collagen formation and balanced osteoclast activity, maintaining bone tensile strength. Since strontium is absorbed using calcium transport mechanisms, strontium supplements should not be taken at the same time as calcium supplements or calcium containing foods. While supplementing with strontium, adequate calcium intake should be maintained.
Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule, 1-3 times daily, with or between meals, away from calcium containing foods or supplements.

This really improves bones.

I take strontium before going to bed, away from calcium and other minerals. I have osteoporosis and my last bone scan showed real improvements.

I like this line of products because they do not use fillers. It is hard to say whether it is helping until I have a bone scan done. I do have another strontium product where I only need two instead of three like with this one so I decided to go back to that

Several years ago I had a bone scan that showed slight bone loss. I was going to an amazing Dr. that told me about Strontium. I have been taking it since and have regained bone mass. Would never take the prescription with all the side effects. One caplet 2 to 3 times a day.

My doctor prescribed this when I slipped from osteopenia into osteoporosis for the femoral neck. Take 3 a day away from calcium, preferably later, so I take with my supper. I also do resistance training. Between the two, I went back to osteopenia! I will probably take it rest of my life.
