Solaray® Super Bio Vitamin C is designed to do more than support your immune system. This formula is designed to help support collagen production, bone and cartilage development, healthy blood vessel integrity, and nerve impulse transmission. 

Solaray® Super Bio Vitamin C is designed to release half of the Vitamin C immediately. The other half is released gradually for sustained support. Bioflavonoids have been added to help enhance availability. 

Suggested Usage

Use only as directed. Take 2 VegCaps daily with a meal or glass of water.

Bioflavonoid Concentrate (from Lemon) 500 mg
Rutin Concentrate 100 mg
Hesperidin Concentrate 100 mg
Citrus Pectin 30 mg

Other Ingredients:  Vegetable cellulose capsule, magnesium stearate, cellulose, silica, stearic acid and buffering base (calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide).
Vegan.

Excellent, Inexpensive Vitamin C

Solaray Super Bio Vitamin C is one I've been taking for years. It's buffered so doesn't carry with it the possibility of kidney stones. And apparently I'm asorbing it, as I've been using it in Linus Paulings Protocol (5 grams Vitamin C, 5 grams Lysine, and 3 grams Proline daily), and that's working.
