Super EFA Liquid is a great tasting, concentrated and pharmaceutical grade fish oil preparation containing high amounts of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) formulated specifically for maximum support and maintenance of cardiovascular and neurological health.
EPA inhibits platelet aggregation and lowers serum triglyceride levels which play a role in the prevention of cardiovascular concerns.
EPA and DHA help to disperse aggregations of the saturated fatty acids keeping deposits of saturated fatty acids and cholesterol from accumulating in arteries.
Suggested Usage
Adults and Adolescents (9 years and older): Take one teaspoon daily with a meal or as recommended by your health professional.
Children (1-8 years): Take ½ teaspoon daily with a meal or as recommended by your health professional.
Refrigerate after opening.

I have gone thru many bottles of this stuff. When you compare it to other fish oil it is way more concentrated. I can't find anything else like it. So yes, I recommend it. You do NOT get any fishy after taste. Just put it in your morning juice.
