T-Relief Gel Arnica +12 Extra Strength from MediNatura is formulated to relieve muscle, joint, back and nerve pain, including sciatica, arthritis, TMJ and shin splints. It contains 50% more of each of the 13 powerful plant ingredients found in regular T-Relief.
Ingredients Include:
The active ingredients in T-Relief are similar to that of Traumeel, now an Rx medicine. According to clinical evidence, topical Traumeel provides non-inferior relief to diclofenac 1% gel. However, unlike diclofenac, T-Relief’s active ingredients are plant based, not synthetic.

Suggested Usage
Twist off cap and remove the foil seal.
- Adults and children 4 years and older: Apply generously to affected areas 2 to 3 times daily, or more often if necessary. Massage thoroughly into the skin. If appropriate, mild compression or occlusive bandaging may be applied.
- For children under 4: Consult your health professional.
