Used for ADHD

I've tried medication for my ADHD. It works ok. But during times of high distractibility, I always went back to energy drinks with Taurine. I figured out it wasn't the sugar or the caffeine. So I tried this Taurine. I can take up to 6 capsules per day with my medication per my doctor's instructions, but usually I only take up to 2 per day. It helps me stay focused far better than my medication, without the bad stuff in energy drinks, and not a single side effect! Highly recommend!
