Very Beneficial

I take a swig of this fish oil every day. It is supposed to encourage heart health and lower cholesterol. My total cholesterol is 184, and my good cholesterol is 95, which is a phenomenally excellent reading. This fish oil comes in two flavors, orange and lemon. They are both quite pleasant in taste.

The use of this product did 2 things for me.
1. It reminded me of taking fish oil when I was young. I did not mind the taste back back then and wonder why it fell out of practice.
&
2. It really helped me get control my omega 3 levels, bringing me a better feeling of well being.
The lemon taste really helps out as well.
