Helps with constipation

My daughter has constipation issues along with other digestive problems. This product helps her to go daily. If she doesn't use this product she does not go to the bathroom that day, bottom line. Obviously, she and I both love the product!

This is a supplement my doctor wanted me to have. It contains carbohydrate-specific enzymes and sugar-specific enzymes. as well as vegetable/plant fiber-specific enzymes. I have tried many different digestive enzymes and this one is by far the best. I used to frequently feel gassy and bloated due to digestive challenges, but rarely feel that way anymore. I take one capsule with each meal and find it works really well, no matter what I am eating. I highly recommend this product.
