Tongkat Ali, also known as long jack, may support male hormonal balance (including testosterone levels), libido and performance, according to preliminary research. It has been traditionally used to enhance energy levels, endurance and stamina, and to reduce occasional mental fatigue.

Suggested Usage

1 tablet twice daily with meals.

Optimal effectiveness should be felt within 1-3 weeks of continuous uninterrupted consumption.

Came quickly

My order arrived within a week. The outside plastic wrapping was in tact but when i opened the bottle the plastic seal covering the top of the bottle came right off. I examined the pills carefully and went ahead and tried one. I'm still alive, so no poison pills. But it would be nice if the packaging was a bit more solid.

Better stamina, but effects subtle- maybe I need to take x2 pills. Boron seemed to help better.
