Suggested Usage

When something on your body hurts it can interfere with your sleep. I sleep on my side and my sore shoulder was interfering with good sleep. I put the Comfrey cream on before I go to bed and it works wonderfully! I'm 63 years old and need my sleep! So thankful I found it!
