Great probiotic!

Shelf stable so you can take it with you traveling, camping, etc. I have a hard time with dairy, but when I take this regularly, I can sneak in a cheese or ice cream treat once in awhile and the effects aren't nearly as bad.

It’s hard to find something that works well, These actually do work. I really wish the double capsule with the liquid kind were still available.
