Great form of magnesium that helped me greatly with my fifth pregnancy. I had kidney stones in my third trimester during my fourth pregnancy. Tri-Mag 300 was recommended by my doctor to ensure proper magnesium intake and to help prevent kidney stones, which it did!

I bought this product last month to see if it would help with my heart palpitations and some other health concerns. I am quite pleased with the way my palpitations have gone from a few times a day, including regularly first thing in the morning, to maybe once a day (if I eat too high carb.) An unexpected benefit has been that I am sleeping better. I am reordering because I am so pleased with this formulation of magnesium.
