Tri-Salts

I've been using Tri Salts for 5 years or so and I never get heartburn. The combo of Cal-Mag-Pot in bicarb form is easy on the stomach, relieves muscle cramping (for me)and is beneficial to the entire system in keeping the body alkaline. Many ailments thrive in an acid environment. I have Fibromyalgia, Osteo Arthritis in the cervical and thoracic spine, and 4 bulging discs. The FM causes muscle spasms, and some actual drawing of my hands and other cramping. The Tri Salts really helps to relieve these. One half teaspoon in 6oz. - 8oz of water with 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda for a more alkaline system....daily or as needed...It also takes care of muscle cramps due to certain mineral shortages.....

I've been using Tri-Salts for well over 5 years now. The best thing from my perspective is the effect on incontinence. The alkalizing effects of the Tri-Salts is amazing! Not having to run every time you get near a bathroom is so great!!

I have been using Tri-Salts for about 10 years or so. I had incontinence to the point of despair! I didn't want to take medicine that has more bad side effects than good points and I hated having to wear the pads. My husband read about Tri-Salts, and suggested that I try it. It works such miracles!!

I use 1/2 tsp in am and pm. This combo of magnesium, calcium and potassium keeps the body alkaline. It beats taking those large pills, and it is absorbed better. It was recommended by my allergist and naturopathic health care provider. It has a bit of a strange taste if you put it in water like I do, but if you put it in juice you can't taste it. It's an excellent supplement.
