Suggested Usage
Shake well before using. Take 1 tablespoon daily, preferably on an empty stomach.

I use the triple-strength L-Carnitine 3000 mg liquid on an empty stomach in the morning. It tastes good and feels good, too. I had tried another product (not from NOW) in capsule form and could not tolerate it at all.
