Turmeric and Bromelain capsules support digestion naturally while helping to maintain healthy liver function.  Turmeric stimulates digestion, supports the liver and has a role in maintaining healthy muscles and joints.  Bromelain, an enzyme isolated from the stem of the pineapple plant, aids in digestion by breaking down protein and also enhances the absorption of turmeric.  Recent studies also show that bromelain has many health promoting properties.  These superior standardized extracts work together, a classic combination.

Suggested Usage

1 capsule, 1 - 2 times per day preferably with meals or as directed by a health professional.

Other Ingredients: gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), magnesium stearate (vegetable grade).
Contains NO: artificial colors, preservatives or sweeteners; NO dairy, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, egg, fish, shellfish, salt, tree nuts or GMOs.

Makes a big difference for my sleep patterns. I sleep all restully all night when I add this to my daily diet.

Good tumeric option

Good for airways and inflammation. A bit hard on my stomach, but my wife does not feel any irritation from it at all.
