Turmeric & Bromelain is a synergistic combination that helps to support a healthy inflammatory response. Curcuminoids from Turmeric can have a modulating effect on both COX-2 and LOX pathways. Bromelain, an enzyme derived from pineapple, indicate that this enzyme may have a beneficial effect on immune cell trafficking. Through these and other mechanisms, NOW® Turmeric & Bromelain can help to temporarily alleviate minor joint discomfort caused by overuse.

Suggested Usage

Take 1-2 capsules twice daily, preferably with food.

Ingredients

  • Serving Size: 2 Veg Capsules

  • Turmeric Root Extract (Curcuma longa) (Standardized to min. 95% Curcuminoids) 600 mg
  • Bromelain (2400 GDU/g) (from Pineapple) 300 mg

Other Ingredients: Cellulose (capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica.

Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Vegetarian/Vegan. Kosher.

Good turmeric option

When shopping for turmeric supplements, I wanted to find something formulated with bromelain to aid absorption. This did the trick- wish it had curcumin as well, but a good and affordable formula.
