I am a 56yo man, I have noticed that I am starting to have arthritis, not sure which type yet, but I do know it is quite painful. While doing research online, I went to a local nutrition market and discovered this brand of Turmeric. If you are reading this review, I am certain you are most aware of all the different varieties, which makes it very hard to choose just one. I know I wanted black pepper and curcumin in the product I would buy. After reading the ingredients I followed my gut and purchased this brand, I am so happy with the results. I know we are all different, but I felt no pain in my hands on the first day of taking this Turmeric tablet. I have been buying this brand for over 6 months and I will continue to use this Turmeric.
