Turmeric is a natural source of Curcumin (diferuloylmethane). It has been traditionally used to promote healthy living.
Suggested Usage
Adults: Serving size 2 tablespoons (30mL) of Turmeric Gold. May be mixed with water, seltzer, juice, or a beverage of your choice. Take with at least 250mL (8oz) of liquid. Store in a cool, dry place.
Refrigerate after opening.
