These fish oil pills were recommended by my doctor. I used to take a prescription fish oil pill but the copayment almost doubled on it. This is an over-the-counter product but it has more of each of the two most important ingredients - EPA and DHA. In addition to that, I only have to take two versus the 4 I was taking. I would recommend this product.
