A must have

This is the best zinc I've tried. My Dr has me had me taking a lot of zinc due to Pyroluria and copper toxicity. Nothing helped even at 60mg. Found this and stopped feeling like I was getting the flu every month. You lose even more zinc when your stressed too just FYI
