My favorite multi-vitiamin

I've been using this one-a-day for just over a year, and I love it. I'm a longtime vegan and my doctor says all my nutrients are at healthy levels (including B12). The ordering process was a breeze, and it beats going to the store.

Horrible heartburn and headache

I wanted to love these, as they had everything I was looking for in a multi. However, I had horrible acid reflux and headache that lasted all day after taking them. I stopped for a few days and then tried one again, and the same thing happened, confirming that was the culprit. Unfortunately, I won't be able to continue taking these. I typically don't have issues like this with supplements.
