I like the Nordic Vision Omega supplement for a couple of reasons. 1) It only requires 2 gel capsules whereas some manufacturers suggest up to 4/day. 2) I get Omega 3's and Lutein (for vision) in this one supplement. On the negative side, I feel it is expensive....but I believe it may be a good, reputable brand choice which is important to me.
