Suggested Usage
Adults: Add 5 rounded scoops (tbsps.) into 8-10 oz of water, juice, or your favorite beverage. Shake, drink.

Great source of nutrients in a healthy powder

Recommended by a naturopath. I've been using it to increase the nutrients I may be missing in my diet. It's not as delicious as say a chocolate protein powder, but it doesnt have the sugar and the artificial stuff. I add banana and mango to make a great tasting smoothie. I've taken this product for about 4 months. I would recommend it to anyone trying to increase the nutrients in their diet. Great product
