Suggested Usage

As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) vegetable capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Solgar makes the best stuff

I use this in conjunction with B1000mg and Folic Acid 800mg to help with my Carpel Tunnel problems. (regimine starts wiht 3 months of B6300mg, then to the 100mg) Really helps.

Part of a carpal tunnel regime

There is always a wait time for Solgar products, although I think it is worth it. I use 800mg folic acid, 1000mcg B12 and 100mg B6 to help with my carpal tunnel problems. Trying to keep it at bay, and this seemd to help. (tart cherry juice too)
