Vitamin C with Flavonoids is a 100 percent pure vitamin C supplement with ascorbic acid and a mixture of naturally occurring citrus flavonoids. I like the fact that these digest easily, and do not have any aftertaste that I have experience with other vitamin products. I would order these again also, there’s no filler, it’s pharmaceutical grade, and digest easily without causing any other issues. Since vitamin C is water soluble, it is excreted in her urine. That’s why you want to make sure you’re getting enough vitamin C and have it taken with iron so you’re getting the most out of it. It competes with junk food with sugars for absorption. I’m very happy with this blend as it allows me to get the most vitamin C compared to other vitamins

Since I do not have Scurvy, or specific blood work, it is hard to tell how effective a given supplement is working. I know that my daily diet does not include enough vitamin C, so I hope this is helping my overall nutrition and dietary health. I think this may be one of many nutritional supplements that has kept me in good overall health for a few years now. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
