Better Vitamin D supplement

Decided on this one because of simple ingredient: Vitamin D in organic extra virgin olive oil. Simple is always better. Great product, one 1,000 iu per day and in winter twice a day. Didn't know why I wasn't feeling right until blood test showed very low level of Vit D. Remarkable difference after using this supplement. Blood test shows normal level and feeling good.

Vitamin D3 was recommended by my doctor. I started taking 2,000 mg. I saw a difference right away in my mood. I live in the mountains where we don't see much sun in the winter months. Just recently, I was told to take 5,000 mg. I am 69 years old and D3 strengthens your bones.
