Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, take 1-5 capsule daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. Consume with food.

It is recommended that individuals taking more than 2,000 IU vitamin D per day have their blood levels monitored.
Large doses of vitamin D can cause hypercalcemia, signs include headache, weakness, nausea, vomiting, and constipation. Individuals with hyperparathyroidism or kidney disease are at particular risk. Vitamin D may result in hypercalcemia in certain individualstaking digoxin or thiazide diuretics. Consult your physicianfor more information

My doctor recommended that I take a daily D3 to boost my low Vitamin D level. I am now taking this product and the pill is so small and smooth that it is easy for me to swallow. A real plus as I have a difficult time with large sized pills of any sort.

Love this vitamin D - been using it for 9 months. I am now buying it for my 86 yr old mother and 25 year old daughter. Was taking 5000 i.u. per doctor but am now down to 2000 i.u per day.
