The combination of vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 provides superior support for the health and maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is the natural, most easily absorbed and utilized form of vitamin D. Vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 is the most bioactive and bioavailable form of vitamin K.
Together, these vitamins work in tandem to support osteoblasts (bone-forming cells), facilitate calcium and phosphorus balance in the blood, and promote healthy muscle function. Each great-tasting, chewable gummy provides 1000 IU of vitamin D3 plus 45 mcg of vitamin K2.
Suggested Usage
One gummy daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional or pharmacist.

Not kidding, these are amazing! It takes a lot of will power for us to only eat a couple every day. We also take the omega gummies and sometimes the multivitamin. Yum!

Nodic D3/K2 Gummies

Excellent Effect. Excellent Taste. These are a great alternative/supplement for increasing and, or stabilizing Vitamin D levels coupled with adequate complimentary K2 (compliment to D for better absorption) for the D3 dosage provided. These gummies are comprised of decent ingredients by a trusted brand & are Gelatin Free for those needing that, Additionally, the Tapioca included is very likely used to bind & improve gummy form and transport nutrient transport and is said to be a much better choice for those with digestive issues, not to mention the obviously nice alternative to the use or corn syrups. Also No gluten, milk derivatives, or artificial colors or flavors.
One of my complaints is the very vague "natural flavors," this is intentionally ambiguous.
I recommend these to my clients. It's been a saving grace with my elderly clients who really need more support, but have poor dietary intake and don't get enough solar exposure.
I definitely recommend.
