Best Vit D for allergies!

I began using Pure Encapsulations Vit D 3 Liquid after my vit D levels were found to be low, and I specifically sought out a brand/version that is free of any and all fillers and or preservatives, since I have allergies to many of those things. This version of Vit D is easy for me to take (one drop/day) and is free of the substances I must eliminate. What's more, it took very little time for my vit D levels to reach normal once I began taking the liquid.

I spent two years on regular vitamin D3 capsules, 2-3 thousand milligrams each. When I was tested, my levels were still at the bottom of the chart. Since I started on Pure's sublingual D3, my levels have come up and I feel wonderful. Pure was recommended to me by a woman I met at a medical clinic in Reno, NV, and she said it was the only product that has ever made a difference for her. She was so right!

This works ! Anyone having problems getting their vitamin D levels raised should try this liquid. My level was drawn and was 25. My naturopath put me on Pure Encapsulations 10,000 unit capsules but my level only went up 10 points after 2 and a half months. After using the liquid drops, my level increased another 20 points in half the amount of time, and only taking 5000 units (5 drops). Those having difficulty raising their levels with supplements should try these drops.

When my functional medicine doctor suggested I supplement vitamin D, I did a lot of research. This is the product I finally chose and continue to use. The liquid formula easily starts dissolving in the mouth. Plus, it's totally effective. My vitamin D level is now optimum. When my husband's cardiologist wanted him to supplement with vitamin D, he started using this product and is also completely satisfied. Need more vitamin D? You will be totally happy with this product.

I started taking this simply to improve my D levels, not because I thought I had any particular signs of a deficiency. However, I noticed shortly thereafter that my mood seemed to improve. It could all be in my head, but I have read that low vitamin D levels are associated with increased symptoms of depression and anxiety, so maybe there's something to it. At any rate, I will continue to supplement with this. I take three drops per day (one with each meal).
