Suggested Usage
Adults and children 2 years of age and older: apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Rub in thoroughly until gel is absorbed.
Children under 2 years of age: consult a doctor.

Menthol, USP 3.0% / External Analgesic
Inactive Ingredients: Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract, Caprylyl Glycol, Capsicum Annuum Fruit Extract, Carbomer, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil, Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Seed Extract, Decyl Glucoside, Filipendula Ulmaria (Queen of the Prairie) Flower Extract, Glycerin, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Leaf Extract, Phenoxyethanol, Purified Water, Rosa Damascena Flower Water, Sodium Carbonate, Yucca Schidigera Stem Extract.
Warnings
- For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
Do not use on wounds or damaged skin. When using this product avoid bandaging tightly.
Stop use and ask doctor if condition worsens, symptoms persist for more than 7 days, or clear up and occur again within a few days.
Keep out of reach of children.

I don't care what anyone else says, my daughter gave me a jar as a gift and l love this stuff. It actually works for me! Rub it in and a few minutes later realize that the pain is a lot better!

Feels good, but has an unpleasant odor

I got this to try on my hands. It does feel good going on, and does relieve my pain. I’m only using it at night, however, because of the strong odor. It is NOT a light citrus scent, as described, but camphor and menthol. Not pleasant and not what I want to smell like out in the world. If you can get past that, it really does help with pain. It’s also very skin softening.
