Adults: Take one (1) to three (3) Liquid Softgels per day divided into two or more doses, e.g., one (1) or two (2) in the morning and one (1) in the afternoon with a glass of water.

• Do not exceed three (3) Liquid Softgels in any 24 hour period.
• For a more immediate response, take one hour prior to exercise or sexual activity.

While the maximum serving size per 24-hour period is up to three (3) Liquid Softgels, it is strongly recommended that you explore whether or not you can achieve results at a lower dose per day.
