Zinc Balance® is a synergistic combination of Zinc L-Monomethionine and Copper Gluconate in a 15:1 ratio. Zinc L-Monomethionine resists absorption interference from fiber and phytic acid.
The mineral zinc promotes skeletal and immune health. Both zinc and copper are needed to promote super oxide dismutase (SOD) activity, which plays a critical role in the body’s endogenous antioxidant network.
Suggested Usage
Take 1 capsule per day or every other day, preferably with food or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
Ingredients
Serving Size: 1 Capsule
- Zinc (as zinc l-methionine sulfate) 15 mg (136%)
- Copper (as gluconate) 1 mg (111%)
Other Ingredients: microcrystalliune cellulose, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water) and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
Contains NO: wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts. Vegetarian/Vegan.

Zinc balance worked, that is about all I'm allowed to write, since the FDA now controls speech, so much for the 1st Amendment. What happened to ".We the people", it is now "We, the federal government", makes me completely ill, I wonder if they approved a pill for that.

Must Have Balance

Many people don't know that their Zinc and Copper levels must be in balance for optimal health. This product does that for the consumer wanting to take a Zinc supplement to support immune function. Most people don't know this unless they have some sort of healthcare or medical background. Good product when taken as directed. You shouldn't be taking just Zinc alone for extended periods of time or you risk depleting you Copper levels. This is a great trace mineral supplement to ensure proper balance. I have used Jarrow Formulas before and trust their products for my needs.
