Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily with a meal.

I'd rather have 100% pure Powder. Screw caps, but not too much XTra BS in these caps. I know everyone reads lots of other opinions on most bio available & etc. I choose Citrate. You know what they say about "opinions" anyway . . . Right?
