I am the only one that can keep my body healthy and B complex Plus is doing that for me. I gage how well B complex Plus is doing by how it makes me feel. I take it once a day at breakfast time and can feel the difference when I do not take it. Excellent product!

I have a hard time swallowing pills and I had no problems with these and no upset stomach either. I am a vegetarian and happy that these capsules are veg. friendly- not always easy to find.

B Complex Little to no repeat

I have GERD and this is the first B Complex I have been able to take. It rarely repeats on me. I wasn't taking a B complex because of belching the stuff and the heartburn that it would cause. I am thrilled to find that I can take this product without worry. I also have noticed that my thin splitting nails have improved since taking it and that I DON'T have to supplement with more Biotin to get this effect.

I bought this because it contains no magnesium stearate or other objectionable excipients but it's so wildly imbalanced in its B1 vs B2 (6667% & 294% respectively) that after only two capsules I developed chapped lips and cracks in the corners of my mouth so had to stop taking them. I'm so sad because I would have been a steady customer since supplements without magnesium stearate and other problem ingredients are almost non-existant.
