There are also reasons people may prefer B12 Strips over B12 in pill forms. When we take a vitamin in pill form, any B12 present is absorbed by tiny proteins in the stomach and intestines that bind B12. As a result, only a very small percentage of any form of B12 makes it into the bloodstream. There are multiple forms of the Vitamin B12, including cyanocobalamin and methylcobalamin. Methylcobalamin is the most efficient form of B12. Before cyanocobalamin can be properly utilized by the body, it has to be stripped down in a time consuming, multiphase process. Suggested Usage

My friend sent me a packet of these strips to try. At 81 years I am sure my body doesn't absorb things like it did when I was 20! We have been under a lot of stress and they seem to make me not so very tired. When I miss them for a few days I notice I need a nap in the afternoon, desperately! When I remember to take them I don't get tired so fast and can do with out the nap. I take them one in the morning and in the evening.

l use B12 Strips daily for chronic B12 deficiency. I place one under my tongue after breakfast and hold it there until it dissolves. The B12 Strips have a pleasant menthol fruity flavor similar to a breath strip. I like them because I am more confident that they have optimal absorption than the liquid supplements. They stay under your tongue for 1-2 minutes and you are able to talk, rather than the liquid that leaks into your mouth.
