Taste is not bad at all and I don't have any problems swallowing them. I have started taking Beef Organs and SBO Probiotic+ at the same time as well as another supplement contains quercetin to see if they will help reduce my reactions to high Histamine foods. I don't know which one is working or all of them working together but my conditions have improved and I am glad I started taking these supplements.

They seem to be pretty good quality. Some people are saying they are white but mine look like a tannish color. My dogs also went crazy when I opened the bottle which made me believe there’s real ingredients inside.
