This vitamin B-Complex is really good. It has all the B vitamins you need. It does helps give me energy I'm lacking due to low levels of the vitamin B. I like this product. Definitely recommend this..

I've been taking these B-Complex vitamins for a few days, due to me trying to get my health on a better track my doctor recommended me getting on vitamins, the vitamins I have doesn't include the B-Complex so I'm so glad to find I can get it this way!

Zahler Bioactive B-Complex has a great amount of vitamins in it. The best part is the advanced two-stage delivery. That means I get half the nutrients now and half later. The only bad part is the tablets are large and a little hard to swallow.

Upon opening this supplement, I was happy to see the tablets were a reasonable size, not huge and hard to swallow. These had no strange or bitter after taste and were not hard on my stomach like most supplements. This is honestly one of the most complete B Complex supplements I have taken and the very first sustained release version. This supplement has worked fantastically for me, helping to improve my mood and keeping my anxiety disorder symptoms somewhat manageable.

I'm of mature age as in just turned fourty and was really lacking energy and just feeling fatigued. I try to eat in moderation and have made many changes to live a healthier lifestyle. I knew right away after seeing that these were time released that this was the route I wanted to go. I like that it's not incased in a capsule and you only need to take one a day. The time release is a huge benefit to me since I just starting taking this as a single vitamin. Ensuring I don't get to much absorption at one time. I was very surprised that it almost had a sweet flavor to it and if you consume it fast enough you don't even notice your taking it. I have been using this for several weeks now and so far I'm noticing my fatigue is starting to get better and some days I'm very energized so I'm pretty sure it's working. I'm happy to see it's made of natural Ingredients making it gentle and easy to consume. Very nice packaging that is sealed with freshness and they don't stick together. I also have acid reflux and it never gave me that nasty aftertaste or feeling of it slowly lingering back up. I definitely would recommend these for first time users of if you have a sensitive stomach like mine!

I love this vitamin and how easy it is to take the pill is not too big or hard to swallow. Secondly the vitamin does not dissolve in your mouth too quickly before you have a chance to drink water. B-Complex has an advanced two stage delivery, an initial release of layer one (half the nutrients delivered immediately) A delayed release of layer two ( half of the nutrients) for sustained benefits. I absolutely love this! The B vitamins are water soluble and quickly metabolized and excreted. I have definitely found my new vitamin B. I especially love the two stage timed release delivery! I've been taking the Zahler Bioactive B-Complex vitamin for almost a month. I haven't noticed to much of a difference besides I have more energy. I take it every morning when I eat breakfast and will continue to take it.

This product comes from a reliable reputable company. These are time released which are great for keeping constant levels for the entire day. I have not had any stomach issues after taking them. i struggle with swallowing larger pills so this was a bit difficult for me, but others may not have the same issues. Good price.

This little vitamin packs a punch for my body. I love that it isn't huge and hard to swallow. The pill is very easy to take. My doctor agrees that there are plemty of the B vitamins in this pill for what my body has needed, so I've been able to replace my previous one with this one. The price is better, and the mg on one of the ingredients is better for what I need. Overall nothing to complain about with these. They leave no yucky aftertaste, they are very easy to swallow, and they are super cost friendly.

I'm not sharing my name, but my personal experience I'll share. I'm 23 years old and had a bedwetting issue until recently. My mother told me that she heard from someone who heard from someone... that a B-complex is sometimes a solution (I was warned that it doesn't always help - but for some people it does).
